What we do

Four layers, nine service lines, one contract

Grouped the way the estate is actually built, so you can find the part of it you need.

All services

How it fits together

Four layers. One person accountable for all of them.

Most IT problems live in the gap between two vendors. This is the whole stack, and we hold every layer of it.

The four layers Hash Computer Systems designs and maintains togetherA cross-section diagram of four stacked layers: endpoints at the top, then the network and firewall edge, then servers and storage, then an off-site backup copy at the base. An IP surveillance layer connects into the network layer from the side.01Endpoint02Network & edge03Server & storage04Off-site copyCCTVYOUR SITE

Partners

The manufacturers behind the recommendation

Being vendor-agnostic does not mean being unaccredited. This wall carries the authorisations Hash actually holds — no logo goes up until it is confirmed.

About our partners

Firewalls, servers, storage, cameras and endpoint security are each supplied under specific manufacturer authorisations.

TBC: OEM authorisation list and partner tier, per vendor

After the installation

The contract is where the relationship actually is

Anyone can sell you a server. An AMC means a named engineer who knows your site, a response time written into a contract, and preventive visits that catch a failing disk before it stops your billing counter.

  • 01A response time in writingYour contract states how quickly we respond and how quickly an engineer is on site, so escalation is a clause and not an argument.
  • 02An asset register you ownEvery machine, licence, warranty date and IP address recorded and kept current, which is also what makes budgeting for next year possible.
  • 03Faults found before they stop workMonitoring on servers, disks, backups and firewalls, so a failing disk or a silent backup is a scheduled visit rather than a crisis.
  • 04Predictable IT spendPreventive visits and covered labour move your costs from unplanned emergency call-outs to one annual figure.

Questions we get asked

Straight answers about working with us

What does Hash Computer Systems actually do?

We design, supply, install and maintain IT infrastructure and security systems — servers and storage, networks and cabling, firewalls and endpoint protection, IP surveillance, VoIP, and the AMC that keeps all of it running. We hold the maintenance contract afterwards rather than handing a system over and leaving.

Which areas do you cover?

Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur as our core service area, and further into North India for multi-site rollouts. Our office is in Sector 40-C, Chandigarh, so most Tricity sites are a short drive for a survey or a service visit.

Are you tied to one hardware brand?

No. We are vendor-agnostic and bundle hardware, software and services into one platform, so the recommendation follows your requirement rather than a quota. That also means a discontinued model in three years does not force you to replace everything around it.

Do you work with small offices or only large sites?

Both. A ten-person office in a Sector 34 SCO and a factory in Mohali Phase 8 need the same things at different scale — a network that works, a backup that restores, and someone who answers the phone. The specification changes; the standard does not.

How do we start?

Send us your requirement or call the helpline on 9814112967. For anything involving cabling, cameras or a server, the first step is a site survey — we look at the building before quoting, because a quotation written without seeing the site is a guess.
